Name: Ice Shards/splinters
Rank Needed: Below master, in between Master and Bender-In-Training.
Element: Water
Effect: They are small, dagger-like pieces of ice that are 'thrown' at the enemy. They are made by craking ice into small splinters (aka shards) from ice. You then pressurize it (not the sharp, broken tip) so that it is sharp as anything, but aerodynamic. You can waterbend as many as 100 (depending on the size and your skill) into the air and hurl it at the enemy. If it goes toward the heart, it will slice streight through. Depending on the speed, acuracy, and the bender's level, it can go straight through the body. If it's small enough, it can be barely noticable at first glance.
One can use this for attacking an enemy in a battle or an intruder in your home. If it's shot at the arm, it will cause immense pain and the person thrown at will almost certainly not be able to move their arm -- most definately in absolute pain. The same for any body part.
RP Sample: ((you can skip to the 4th paragraph))
Bohn closed his eyes. He was on a small bed in the family's house. Everything was silent, and all the children had gone to bed. Oteu, his father, was out hunting, and Aoktop was out with Aeboyka, her best friend. She was sleeping over Aeboyka's house. Aura, Epat, Cectpa, and Hemhoro were all in their small beds in their own small rooms. Relaxed, Bohn fell fast asleep.
Bohn's eyes flung open. He jumped out of bed, and checked on the children. They were all sleeping soundly. Oteu was not yet home; he was probably sleeping at Yerobek's house. Bohn shook his head; it was just a dream. And then he heard it again -- a faint crunching sound, too small to be an animal, too big for any mouse or rat. And it was certainly not Kobaka, he was asleep with Aura. "Who's there?" Bohn demanded. No answer. "Who is there?!" he shouted. Still, no answer. But he saw a flicker of movement by the wall near Hemhoro's room. Bohn ran there as fast as he could.
There was a lone, shadowed figure silhouetted against the pale moonlight of the window near Hemhoro's room. The robber had grabbed a small vase that had been in the family for years. "Stop, and put your hands where i can see them!" He demanded. Slowly, the figure did as he was told. But as the form did so, a blast of water came at Bohn. "That's it!" he muttered.
Picking up some ice from the floor with waterbending, Bohn aplied as much pressure as possible. THe shards were small, the only way this attack would work. Small, smooth, and sharp. He threw five small, sharp splinters at the attacker, hitting him in the right arm. He fled out the window.

The next day, Bohn was out in the market place, selling some of the meat Oteu had caught. He saw a man passing by, then walking up to the little stall he had. "Hey, Eno!" Bohn said, looking at the man who lived five houses away. He was about to shake hands, when he noticed five little pinpricks on Eno's right arm. "What happened?" He asked. When Eno pretended like he hadn't heard, he shook his head sadly. "Guards! Arrest this man. He broke into my house, and attempted to rob it!" Bohn said. A few warrior-guards came over and took hold of Eno, and dragged him away. Eno just smiled an evil grin, almost wincing because of the pressure applied to the places on his right arm from the guard holding it.
